If you are unhappy with the product or service that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Return & Refounds Policy gives you 8 days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt.
After the 8 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first 3 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges.
For all refunds customer must provide details as follows;
- bank account number and sort code or IBAN and SWIFT
- name and surname of the bank account or COMPANY NAME
- address of the account holder
All requested details needs to be sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account)
This process can take up to 30 days from the refund request date.
ALVO GLOBAL submits refund requests to bank or card issuer. You see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days after receiving a confirmation from ALVO GLOBAL of refund being done, depending upon the bank.
